Terrible Communication and Total Waste of TimeI inquired online about a vehicle and spent two days trying to get simple questions answered. Instead of actual help, I just received automated-feeling replies asking what questions I had—even though I repeated my questions in several emails. I was also promised a video of the car that never arrived. After pushing for updates again, I was finally told the vehicle was already sold, followed by a pivot asking what else I was interested in. I will absolutely not consider buying any other car from this dealership. Avoid their online sales department.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The tech advisor, Aaron, was wonderful. He kept me informed of what was being done to my car. He answered all my questions in ways I would understand, and everything he told me was done.

A little pricey but worth it. I have over 100k miles on my 2009 Highlander. We bought it new and it has been a great car with very few issues over the years. We have taken good care of it but as it gets older repairs seem to increase. They took great care of our car and great care to their customers. I took the car in on a Saturday and did not have a ride to go home so Quenisha called me an Uber. She is a very sweet person to work with.

The staff is friendly and mostly efficient. There always seems to be an issue when they service my vehicle serviced. The first time, they forgot to put my wheel key back. The second time it took three hours after my appointment for them to start working on the vehicle. Today, the service tech got oil on the inside of my vehicle. The sad part is ill continue to go here because the other places in town are worse.

Had to wait over two hours for oil change. They charged over what was quoted to me from Call Center. Car was not vacuumed out and no explanations of any kind.

Austin M was my service advisor he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He communicated with me through the process and had no problem answering questions or even going into detail explaining what I needed done and what it would cost. I do hope that his company realizes what an asset they have in this young man. It is very hard to get good customer service here lately and I would say he went the extra mile. Since Nikki he is the first advisor who actually made me feel like he actually cared about me as a customer and appreciated me. So once again thank you Austin.
