Horrible experience with them doing $2500 of work that was done wrong, waiting several weeks because their young tech assigned to my car was "busy with school" Used to have some resemblance of customer service, but was intentionally ignored last service and possible racism by the three guys who came out. Terrible Communication and Total Waste of TimeI inquired online about a vehicle and spent two days trying to get simple questions answered. Instead of actual help, I just received automated-feeling replies asking what questions I had—even though I repeated my questions in several emails. I was also promised a video of the car that never arrived. After pushing for updates again, I was finally told the vehicle was already sold, followed by a pivot asking what else I was interested in. I will absolutely not consider buying any other car from this dealership. Avoid their online sales department.

A little pricey but worth it. I have over 100k miles on my 2009 Highlander. We bought it new and it has been a great car with very few issues over the years. We have taken good care of it but as it gets older repairs seem to increase. They took great care of our car and great care to their customers. I took the car in on a Saturday and did not have a ride to go home so Quenisha called me an Uber. She is a very sweet person to work with.

The staff is friendly and mostly efficient. There always seems to be an issue when they service my vehicle serviced. The first time, they forgot to put my wheel key back. The second time it took three hours after my appointment for them to start working on the vehicle. Today, the service tech got oil on the inside of my vehicle. The sad part is ill continue to go here because the other places in town are worse.

I took my minivan in for the 20,000 mile service. I was met by a very friendly staff. There was plenty of seating available. They even had pizza for us as it was noon on a Saturday. I was planning to wait a couple of hours and came prepared but was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was only an hour. I will definitely be back.

I've brought my car to this dealership for 14 years and generally had good experience and good service. However, I took my car in for squealing brakes on3/28 AND ad defroster light that blinked upon starting the engine for about a minute. Agreed to Service advisor's recommendation for a brake inspection and pay $99 for diagnostic fee for blinking light. I bought a car December 23, 2025. Maverick Dodd pressured me into buying a maintenance plan that I didn't need. I cancelled it the next day. I should have gotten a refund in 45 days. I had oil change tires rotated and recall on view camera going out or freezing. Told could take up to 4 hours on recall and items completed and time was 3' 48" In & out very one polite and informative and the advisor seem work well together if one person tied up another jumped right in and got me finished so I didnt have ro wait. I was very pleased And this dealer does stuff on both my 2016 & 2024 highlander

Took my vehicle for the first time to get tire rotation and take off locking lug nuts. charged me 35.00 for rotate, then charged $99.00 labor to take locking lugs off. The locking lugs have to come off to do the tire rotation. This is called double billing. Its theft, and its illegal. Called the service manager, never called me back. Bought a Toyota Crown Signia and have used them now 3x for the 5,000 mile service that comes with purchase. Scheduling department is accommodating so that the best time for me can be scheduled. I brought in my 2018 Tacoma with an issue I had already 90% diagnosed, it seemed like I was ignored or misunderstood. My issue does not throw a code and the techs never removed the component to see if something was wrong inside.
