Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle had some existing damage to the side when I purchased it. Before signing, both the assistant manager and my salesman told me the damage would be taken care of. My salesman specifically used the phrase “fix it all” multiple times, and I signed an agreement outlining the repairs. In hindsight, I should have made the agreement more specific, but I was actually encouraged to keep the wording general so that everything related to the damage would be repaired. Fast forward about two weeks, and after having difficulty getting ahold of someone who could point me in the right direction, I was finally able to get an appraisal for the repairs. The sales manager did not agree with the appraisal, so he had me return to the collision center with him for another evaluation. While we were there, the sales manager told the collision center manager to essentially paint over the damage instead of properly repairing it. I pushed back on this, and after some back and forth, the collision center manager explained that they could not simply paint over the damage and that it would need to be properly repaired. There was also some additional minor damage that was clearly associated with the same area and had been discussed with my salesman before the purchase. The sales manager refused to include that repair and, during the conversation, told me that I was “trying to take advantage of him.” That was probably the most frustrating part of the entire experience, considering I was only asking for the vehicle to be repaired the way I understood it would be when I agreed to purchase it. Afterward, the collision center manager, who was a third party, actually pulled me aside and apologized on behalf of the dealership for how poorly the interaction had gone. I think that says a lot about the situation. I do want to highlight some positive experiences. Maverick in finance was excellent, very helpful, and great to work with. The staff at the collision center were also professional and helpful throughout the process. Additionally, the sales manager did provide me with a loaner vehicle once my vehicle was in the shop, which I appreciated. Overall, though, the experience surrounding the promised repairs and the way the situation was handled left a very bad impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Giovanni was magnificent kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The service was good. But I was most impressed by this young man. Y'all need some new furniture in your waiting area.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE THAT ASKS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SELL. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS NONE COMPARABLE.

3hrs to wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Always an excuse when I use the service department here. They suck and need a complete overhaul.

The associate who sold us the car, Mason C., was awesome! He patiently answered every little questions that we had. He also kept us informed during the delivery process (the vehicle had to be shipped from another location in the country). The paperwork process was fast and smooth thanks to him and the gentleman in the finance department.
